The South African Diamond and Precious Metals Regulator (SADPMR) was established by the Diamonds Act, 1986 as amended to implement the following legislation:
• Diamonds Act, 1986 (as amended)
• Precious Metals Act, 2005
• Diamond Export Levy Act, 2007 in collaboration with South African Revenue Services (SARS), and
• Diamond Export Levy (Administration) Act, 2007

Zion Precious Metals Pty Ltd is a certified member of the South African Diamond and Precious Metals Regulator. Our license from SADPMR entitles Zion Precious Metals to the following:
Buy and receive precious metals from South African Mint, a holder of a refining license, authorised dealer, producer.
Smelt, refine or change the form of unwrought precious metals in lawful possession and thereafter dispose of precious metals to South African Mint, a holder of a refining license, authorised dealer, producer.
Buy and receive from holder of a refining license, authorised dealer, producer in in lawful possession.
